Welcome to sk44. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern the relationship between sk44 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our") and any individual who accesses, registers on, or otherwise uses the sk44 online platform available at https://sk44.io ("the Platform", "the Service"). By accessing or using any part of the sk44 Platform, you ("the User", "you", "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any other supplementary rules and guidelines that sk44 publishes from time to time.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the sk44 Platform and close your account if one has already been created. 2.1 Age Requirement

The sk44 Platform is available exclusively to individuals who are at least 21 years of age. This age restriction applies to all users across Bangladesh without exception. Persons under the age of 21 are strictly prohibited from registering an account, depositing funds, or engaging in any wagering activity on the Platform. sk44 employs age verification measures and reserves the right to request official government-issued identity documents at any time to confirm that a user meets the minimum age requirement. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 will be immediately suspended and all funds held in the account will be returned minus any winnings generated, which will be forfeited.

2.2 Registration Requirements

To create a sk44 account, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, address in Bangladesh, mobile number, and a valid email address. You warrant that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent point is true and correct. Providing false or misleading information is a serious breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

2.3 One Account Per User

Each user is permitted to hold only one active sk44 account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or via shared devices — constitutes a violation of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, sk44 reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close the duplicate accounts and to void any bets or bonuses associated with them.

2.4 Geographic Restrictions

sk44 is operated specifically for the Bangladesh market. Users accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited do so at their own risk and in potential violation of applicable local laws. sk44 does not accept any liability for users who access the Platform from restricted jurisdictions.

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your sk44 username, password, and any two-factor authentication credentials associated with your account. You must not share your login details with any third party. sk44 will never request your password through any communication channel including email, live chat, social media, or telephone. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify sk44 immediately by contacting our support team at [email protected]. sk44 accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

3.2 Account Closure

You may request to close your sk44 account at any time by contacting the support team. Where a closure request is made, any pending bets will be settled according to their outcome in the normal way. Verified funds remaining in your account balance at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method after all verification requirements have been met. sk44 reserves the right to close any account at its sole discretion, including where we reasonably suspect a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or abuse of promotional offers.

3.3 Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. sk44 may apply a monthly inactivity fee to dormant accounts in accordance with our published fee schedule. You will be notified by email before any inactivity fee is applied. To avoid inactivity fees, simply log in to your account at least once every 12 months.

All financial transactions on sk44 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). sk44 currently accepts deposits via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard account holders, though enhanced due diligence may apply for high-value deposits.

4.1 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your sk44 account balance within 60 seconds of a successful transaction being confirmed by the payment provider. Card deposits via Visa and Mastercard may take up to 15 minutes to appear in your balance depending on your bank's processing times. sk44 does not charge fees on incoming deposits. Any fees charged by your mobile banking provider or card issuer are outside of sk44's control and are your responsibility.

4.2 Deposit Restrictions

You may only deposit funds using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where funds are sent from an account held by another person — are strictly prohibited and will result in the deposit being returned and the relevant sk44 account being suspended pending investigation. Deposits made using funds derived from criminal activity or money laundering will be reported to the relevant authorities.

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time through the sk44 cashier section. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit where possible. sk44 aims to process withdrawal requests promptly; standard processing times are as follows:

• bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay: Typically within 1 to 4 hours of approval during business hours.
• Visa and Mastercard: Typically 1 to 3 business days depending on your card issuer.

Withdrawals are subject to completion of identity verification (KYC). sk44 reserves the right to request additional documentation for large withdrawal amounts. Withdrawal requests will not be processed if your account has an active self-exclusion, account restriction, or open investigation.

5.1 Wagering Requirements on Bonuses

Where a bonus has been claimed, the bonus amount and any winnings derived from it may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied in full. Attempting to withdraw funds that are subject to incomplete wagering requirements will result in the bonus and associated winnings being forfeited. The real-money portion of your balance that is not subject to bonus wagering requirements may be withdrawn at any time.

6.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per user, per household, per IP address, and per device.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash except in accordance with the wagering requirements.
• sk44 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.
• Any attempt to abuse promotional offers — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts, using automated betting patterns, or exploiting errors in promotional logic — will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and may result in account suspension.
• sk44's decision on all bonus-related disputes is final and binding.

All sports bets placed on the sk44 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport and market type. Cricket markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ODI, and Test matches — are governed by the standard cricket betting rules published in the Help section of the Platform. In the event of an abandoned match or a significant interruption, sk44 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes in accordance with the relevant sport rules.

7.1 Casino and Slot Games

All casino games and slot titles on sk44 are provided by certified third-party software providers including, but not limited to, Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. 7.2 Bet Settlement

Bets are settled as soon as the result of the relevant event has been officially confirmed. If an error occurs in the odds or market offered due to a technical fault or human error, sk44 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the user.

7.3 Maximum Payout Limits

sk44 applies maximum single-bet and accumulator payout limits which vary by sport and market. These limits are detailed in the sports-specific rules pages. Bets that would result in a payout exceeding the applicable limit will be settled at the maximum payout value rather than the calculated return.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the sk44 Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and where appropriate, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering or attempting to register more than one account.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Accessing the Platform on behalf of, or for the benefit of, another person without their knowledge and consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, sk44 and its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

sk44 does not guarantee that the Platform will be available continuously, free of errors, or secure from all potential vulnerabilities. We reserve the right to suspend or discontinue the Platform or any part of it at any time for maintenance, technical upgrades, or other operational reasons. sk44 will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned maintenance where possible.

sk44's total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your sk44 account in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

sk44 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy. sk44 does not sell your personal data to third parties. The parties agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal proceedings.

In the event that a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of notice being given, either party may pursue resolution through the appropriate legal channels available in the relevant jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause shall prevent sk44 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief where necessary to protect its rights or the integrity of the Platform.
